Q. I didn't receive a link to my digital download?

A. Click the link below and enter your email address you provided on the form.

Q. My email address isn't working.

A. Send an email to Info@JDEvent.com.  We will quickly respond to correct the issue.

 

Q. How do I download my Image?

A. Downloading your image works only on a computer.  Click here to see where the download button is located.  If you don't have access to a computer, let us know and we can email your image to you. 

 

Q. I am looking for the print release?

A. The print release will be sent with your file.  If you don't have it click here for another copy.
