I enter my email address and receive “The passcode you entered is not valid”

Please email us at info@JDEvent.com.  Include your students first and last name and the email address you would like us to use.  We will quickly resolve the issue.

Class Photos- May not be available to view online or purchased as a digital download. 

Due to the safety of all children involved in the class photos it is our policy to not display class photos online or sell them as a digital download. Class photos are included in all portrait print packages and can also be ordered separately.  To order you class photo separately simply choose the class photo place holder image and select the size you would like to order from our lab.

Shipping- Products-   Orders and products are placed directly to the lab or vendor from the proofing site and may require additional shipping.

PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT A RETOUCHING OPTION IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY FACIAL BLEMISHES, BRACES TEMPORARY TATOOS, MARKER, OR STAINS REMOVED BEFORE PRINTING.
